A return to oils in summer of 2016 has resulted in an ongoing collection of loose,

abstract landscapes painted on a variety of surfaces. With Northacres, I'm hoping

to channel the spontaneity of my recent collage work (2013-15) and continue pushing

my process into a more intuitive space. What were mistakes and blemishes

are now redirections - removing paint has become just as important as applying it.
